Set during the Era Indomitus, the game blends Total War's signature turn-based strategy and real-time battles with galactic-scale planetary conquest and fleet management. Four factions are confirmed for launch — Space Marines, Astra Militarum, Orks, and Aeldari — each built around distinct, lore-inspired mechanics and war machines, with players able to personalize their forces down to warband names, colours, banners, and wargear.
