Tier list

Leaders, ranked

How tiers are set: Tier 1 = at least 8% of decks and a win rate of 50% or more. Tier 2 = at least 4% and 50%+, or anything played by 6%+. Tier 3 = the rest with 25+ decks. On the radar = fewer than 25 decks, but 55%+ over 40+ matches or 3+ Top 8s. Win rate counts matches against other leaders only (mirrors left out); the range in brackets is where the true win rate very likely sits (95%).

EB-05: early signs

Not the English format yet. EB-05 comes out in English on 30 October and is tournament legal from 6 November. Some online events already play it with the Japanese card list, so these numbers are a preview, kept apart from everything above.

How we did this

Where the numbers come from

Results, decklists and every round’s result come from Limitless TCG’s tournament platform: online One Piece events with 8+ players and published decklists, mostly best-of-one Swiss. Decks are grouped by their leader card.
English card pool only: events that already use EB-05 cards are left out of everything except the EB-05 preview. Events where Mihawk was still allowed count as “launch”; events without him from 28 September count as “since the ban”.
In-person Regionals for OP-17 have not had their full results published in one place yet, so they are not in these numbers. We will add them as they come out.
Release dates, the banned list and the Regionals schedule: Bandai, banned & restricted list, Bandai, products, Bandai, Regionals Season 2.
Card pictures: our own One Piece card database; cards it does not have yet use Limitless TCG’s pictures.
